Porter House

Status: COMPLETE

A new single family house on an urban lot in Northwest Washington DC. The house is in a historic district, and received unanimous approval from the ANC, ARC, and HPRB.

Services provided: Site plan, Architectural Design, Coordination of Civil, Structural, MEP Engineering Design, Lighting Design, HRPB Approval Procurement, Visualization, Permit Procurement, Limited Construction Contract Administration.
