Kennedy St 30-Unit

Status: UNDER CONSTRUCTION

A new mixed-use building comprised of 29 dwelling units and one retail unit. The building occupies 3 combined lots and is an example of the transformation taking place along the Kennedy St Corridor, where attached rowhomes are gradually being replaced by larger buildings that reflect present-day zoning parameters. The building massing a departure from the typical box with bay windows apartment building. With a simple manipulation of their form, here the bays become playful sculptural elements that engage passersby at various scales.

All dwelling units have ample access to natural light and views. Penthouse units boast roof decks at the front and rear of the building.

Building includes a passenger elevator, green roofs and various other Green Building Design measures.
