Status: CONSTRUCTION PROCUREMENT
In this new house for a young family in rural MD, 5 bedrooms are efficiently incorporated within a 2,500 sq ft footprint, allowing for the emphasis of the project to be on quality instead of size. The relationship of the house to the site, and of the various programmatic to each other were the main drivers of the design.
